✅ Yes. For standard services like basic cleaning and chemical wash, we can give you an instant price on WhatsApp or phone based on your unit type and size — no visit needed. For repairs, our technician visits first, diagnoses the problem properly, gives you a clear written price breakdown, and only starts work after you approve. You are never committed to anything until you agree to the price.

Several things affect the final price:

• Unit size (HP) and type — wall-mounted, cassette, and ceiling units each have different complexity and time requirements
• How accessible the unit is — ground-floor units are straightforward; high-rise floors or units in tight spaces take longer
• How dirty or damaged the unit is — a unit not serviced in 2+ years needs more time and chemical solution than a well-maintained one
• Brand and model — some brands require more careful disassembly
• Additional work needed — extra piping, an electrical point, or wall hacking if required

We explain every line item before giving your final price. Nothing is added without your agreement.

✅ Yes. The RM88 diagnostic fee is fully waived if you proceed with any repair or service after the technician's assessment. You only pay the RM88 if you choose not to go ahead with the recommended work. We charge it because a proper diagnosis takes time and uses calibrated tools — it is not a visit fee, it is a full system check.

When you book any basic cleaning or chemical wash service with us, we include a complimentary 20% gas top-up if your unit needs it. Here is how it works:

• We check your refrigerant pressure after cleaning.
• If it is low and there is no underlying gas leak, we top it up as part of your service at no extra charge.
• If we find a leak, we fix the leak first before adding any gas.

⚠️ Adding gas to a leaking unit without sealing the leak first is a waste of money — the gas just escapes again within weeks. The free top-up applies to all paid cleaning service bookings, for all unit types and sizes.

✅ Yes. We service all major unit types and sizes:

• Wall-mounted units: 1.0HP to 3.0HP
• Ceiling cassette units: 1.0HP to 6.0HP
• All major brands: Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, York, Midea, Sharp, Samsung, LG, Gree, Acson, and all others sold in Malaysia

For units above 6.0HP — which are typically large commercial systems — we provide a custom quote after a site assessment, as these systems have different access requirements and servicing complexity.

Basic cleaning covers the filter, outer casing, blower fan, and a drain pipe flush. It is a maintenance service — great for units serviced regularly every 3–4 months and cooling well. It does not touch the evaporator coil inside the unit.

Chemical wash goes deeper. The technician applies a chemical solution directly to the evaporator coil, removes stubborn mould and bacteria, cleans the blower wheel thoroughly, and flushes the drainage system completely.

📌 When to choose which:

• Basic cleaning: unit is cooling fine, serviced recently, no bad smells.
• Chemical wash: musty smell, not as cold as before, no deep clean in over 12 months.

A simple way to think about it: basic cleaning is like washing your car. A chemical wash is like a full engine service.

Our dismantle service includes:

• Safe disconnection of all electrical wiring
• Proper refrigerant gas recovery (we do not release gas into the air)
• Careful removal of both the indoor and outdoor unit
• Cleaning and capping of all copper pipes
• Full cleanup of the work area
• Safe preparation of the unit for relocation or disposal

⏱️ Approximate time: 1 to 2 hours per unit depending on location and access. If you are relocating the unit to a new position in the same property, we also offer a dismantle and reinstall service — pricing for this is in the installation table above.

We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is made at the end of the service, after the work is complete and you are satisfied with the result. You do not pay upfront for anything. For commercial customers and contract bookings requiring an invoice, 14-day payment terms are available — contact us to arrange this before the service date.

• For basic cleaning, chemical wash, and installation, we can quote you an accurate price immediately via WhatsApp or phone — just tell us your unit type, HP size, and number of units.
• For repairs, the price depends on what is wrong, so we give you a rough estimate over the phone and then confirm the exact figure after our technician diagnoses the problem on‑site. You approve before we start.

For most condos and apartments, the standard service price applies. However a high-rise access fee of RM50 to RM150 may apply in specific situations — for example if there is no lift available and our technicians need to carry equipment up multiple floors, or if special access equipment is required to reach an outdoor unit. We will always tell you about this before confirming your booking.

📋 We also handle coordination with building management offices for access cards and lift bookings — this is included at no extra charge.

Most aircond manufacturers in Malaysia require at least one professional service per year to keep the warranty valid. However for optimal performance and to avoid costly repairs, we recommend:

• Servicing every 3 to 4 months for regular household use
• Chemical wash every 12 to 18 months
• Every 3 months if your unit runs 8+ hours a day — common in KL and Selangor homes
