- Refunds: Only paid services that have not been rendered are refunded. There is no way to get a refund once a service has begun due to the resources and the cost of technicians.
- Cancellations: Cancel or rebook appointments without charge provided you notify us at least 12 hours before. There can be a fee charged in case of late cancellations.
- Refund Process: You may send your request of refund to [hello@aircondcare.my] within 7 days of payment. Refunds that are approved are handled in 57 business days.
